Rounding the first bend, Morning Suit (IRE), unplaced, became momentarily short of room between Lupset Flossy Pop (IRE), placed fourth, which lugged marginally right-handed, and the winner, Outreach (GB), which was racing on its outside but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of either Lupset Flossy Pop (IRE) or Outreach (GB).
Following the race, Luke Morris reported that You Are Everything (FR), placed second, was denied a clear run rounding the home bend and Gina Mangan reported that Balmy Breese (GB), placed fifth, was denied a clear run inside the final furlong.
