Inside the final furlong, Serenity Dream (IRE), unplaced, shifted slightly right-handed and took Quiet Resolve (IRE), unplaced, off its intended line and in doing so bumped Silent Move (GB), unplaced but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Laura Coughlan reported that Tempus (GB), unplaced, was denied a clear run inside the final furlong and Trevor Whelan reported that Alzahir (FR), unplaced, was denied a clear run approaching the final furlong and again inside the final furlong.
