uk HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 3) Permission was given for I Still Have Faith (GB) to be mounted in the chute, Goldmoyne (IRE) to be mounted in the chute and wear a red hood to the start, and for Dark Tornado (IRE), Silver Ghost (IRE), Arctic Dawn (GB), Shah (IRE) and Golden Redemption (USA) to all wear red hoods to the start.
Superposition (GB) wore earplugs throughout the race.
An enquiry was held to consider interference just after the five-furlong marker, involving Goldmoyne (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Cieren Fallon, Shah (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Billy Loughnane, and Golden Redemption (USA), unplaced, ridden by David Probert.
Fallon was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift left-handed, firstly across the racing line of Shah (IRE) and then was insufficiently clear of GOLDEN REDEMTION (USA), causing Probert to have to take a check.
An enquiry was held to consider interference on the run to the line, involving the winner, Superposition (GB), ridden by Jack Callan and Arctic Dawn (GB), placed third, ridden by Edward Greatrex.
Callan was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift right-handed when insufficiently clear of Arctic Dawn (GB), causing Greatrex to have to take a check.
Following the race, Billy Loughnane reported that Shah (IRE), unplaced, ran too free and Marco Ghiani reported that I Still Have Faith (GB), placed fourth, was denied a clear run.
