An enquiry was held to consider interference just inside the final furlong when Ottoman (IRE), placed third, ridden by Aiden Brookes, interfered with Bebside (GB), unplaced, ridden by Sean Kirrane.
Brookes was cautioned for careless riding as he had shifted his mount right-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Kirrane to have to take a slight check.
Following the race, Cam Hardie reported that Queen's Palace (GB), unplaced, ran too freely and Aiden Brookes reported that Ottoman (IRE), which started favourite and finished third, was denied a clear run.
