The Raceday Stewards informed G.M.Lyons, trainer that Silk Braid, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the racing line taken by Tango Flare, ridden by L.T. McAteer, in relation to Fregada, ridden by R.P. Whelan in the closing stages. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Tango Flare was clear of Fregada when drifting and that no further action was warranted.
