An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final furlong when the winner, New London (IRE), ridden by William Buick, interfered with Jack Darcy (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Neil Callan.
Buick was cautioned for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift right-handed without sufficient correction carrying Callan off his intended line.
Following the race, James Doyle reported that West Wind Blows (IRE), placed sixth, ran too free.
