The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident after the last involving Nowwhatdoyouthink, ridden by L. Quinlan, placed first, and Joueuse Royale (FR), ridden by Rachael Blackmore, placed second, where it appeared Nowwhatdoyouthink went right momentarily. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Ray Hackett, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Nowwhatdoyouthink, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge had a wind operation since its last run and that coupled with the drop back in trip and better ground is what he attributes the apparent improvement in form to. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted its contents.
