The winner, Andalprofit (IRE), appeared to show an improvement in form compared with its previous run at Southwell on 16 October 2025, where the gelding finished ninth of eleven, beaten 7 ¼ lengths.
It was noted that Nigel Tinkler could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance on this occasion.
ANADALPROFIT (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race Dale Swift reported that Crocodile Power (IRE), unplaced, was denied a clear run.
Billy Garritty reported that What What What (GB), unplaced, stumbled leaving the stalls.
Barry McHugh reported that Madame Plaintiff (IRE), unplaced, was slowly away.
Race 7 - 3:27pm.
THE CAROL SIMPSON LEGACY HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 6) (DIV II) Permission was given for MISSMIMI to be mounted in the chute and to go early to post; for GISELLES IZZY (IRE) to go early to post and for BRAVE BOB to wear a red hood to post.
Inside the final ½ furlong, the winner MISSMIMI, lugged quickly right-handed giving a bump to CHIEF OF STATE (IRE), placed third, which in turn gave a slight nudge to GLENDOWN (IRE), placed second.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of MISSMIMI.
Following the race, Cara Tuke reported that GISELLES IZZY (IRE), unplaced, suffered interference leaving the stalls.
