Andrea Pinna the rider of Imola (IRE), was unseated approaching 2 furlongs out.
The rider and Warren Fentiman, the rider of Crownthorpe (GB), placed fourth, were interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.
Being a 7lb claiming Apprentice, Pinna was offered the opportunity to be accompanied in the enquiry, but declined.
It was found that incident was accidental and was caused by Crownthorpe (GB) shifting quickly left-handed as Pinna was improving to his inside, causing Imola (IRE) to clip a heel.
Following the race, Sean Kirrane reported that Law Degree (IRE), unplaced, ran too free and had no more to give.
