Formscan By Tom Weekes - COUMEENOOLE is a lightly-raced six-year-old who ran well in a recent staying maiden hurdle and should compete on handicap debut. Winner of his point-to-point on debut in May 2024, he was subsequently sold for 180,000 pounds and while his initial hurdles form was unexciting, showed more on his return following a break at Wexford last month. The horse he defeated to win his point-to-point, Millforce, is now rated 132 so the selection should compete. Dorans Law is rated 114 over fences having won at Wexford last month so is interesting reverting to hurdles, under a 7lb claimer. Dour stayer Sphagnum is rated 131 over fences but lacks a recent run.
