Formscan By Tom Weekes - ANNIE’S ANGEL disappointed at Sligo last month but has strong overall form. Defeated by recent Northfields Handicap winner Shaool in June, she then bumped into subsequent Group winner Elano Osario in July and while she now drops in distance, first-time blinkers could sharpen her up. Consistent Flying Fortress was ridden for off the pace at Galway last time and might prefer marginally longer than today’s distance. Secret Magician ran well in a lesser slightly handicap at Cork recently while Presence has useful recent form. Grey Leader is well suited by this distance and soft ground but has plenty weight.
