He has the makings of a smashing colt for next year,. All being well, he'll come back here for one of the trials. Obviously his maiden couldn't have worked out any better this year. He was still pretty raw with Wayne, but I suppose with the way the track is set up today turning, he could never really get him balanced and into a rhythm. In fairness, when he asked him, he went forward nicely. The second horse helped him. There's still plenty of improvement in there and he's one that will make the winter a wee bit shorter.
