Formscan By Michael Graham - BANADA BRIDGE has been knocking on the door and it may open today. This six-year-old mare has been placed in her last three outings and was beaten a length or less in all three. A couple of those races were in a higher grade and Conor Smithers has been booked to lessen her burden by 4lb. Sayitfirst beat Banada Bridge by half a length over course and distance recently, but the latter now has a 12lb pull in the weights so she will be eyeing revenge. This is a marked drop in trip for Mourne Mist who was far from outclassed in fifth over much further in Galway. First-reserve Nusra won an apprentice handicap on the Flat at Ffos Las in August which could spark a better performance over hurdles if she gets a run.
