Formscan By Alan Magee - BRAVE FORTUNE didn’t enjoy the clearest of passages when far from disgraced on debut in the valuable Goffs bumper at the Punchestown Festival and looked a useful sort when easily winning a point-to-point at Castletown-Geoghegan last month. Joyeux Vivo also made his debut in a bumper at the Punchestown Festival this spring and kept on nicely into third behind Angelo Dundee in a 22-runner contest that is working out quite well since. Jasmin De Cotte was runner-up to San Frandisco in a Monksgrange point that has thrown up a number of winners and he subsequently made 160,000 pounds at Aintree in April, while Cobra Queen was purchased for 75,000 on the same day at Aintree having won a point at Ballyknock. Winning Smut has placed form over hurdles and is another to consider in what should prove an informative race.
