Formscan By John O'Riordan - Following a solid effort at the Curragh last time, JOYFUL TIDINGS can make a winning start to life in handicap company. Off the mark at the first time of asking in a Tipperary maiden in April, the Gavin Cromwell-trained colt may have found the extended 6f on rain softened ground a bridge too far on his most recent outing. Back on a sharper track, with the likelihood of better ground conditions, he can resume his progress. Naas winner Bay Of Supremacy looks well treated with Patrick McGettigan taking off 7lb. Making all to score at the Kildare venue, the gelding is well drawn for a similar bid. Soy El Fuego and Fleur De Rose are both handicap debutants to note.
