The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Raphello, ridden by D. McMonagle, placed sixth and Pints In Peace, ridden by B.M. Coen unplaced, where it appeared Raphello and Pints In Peace came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
C.D. Hayes, rider of The Right One, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right in the last furlong
S. Foley, rider of Fair Of Emly, trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly from the starting stalls and ran green
M.W Hassett, rider of Dixie Doodle, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount couldn't lie up
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Patrick Magee, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Rosie Frith, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Patrick Magee reported that his charge ran too keen last time out and that the drop back to five furlongs may have brought about the apparent improvement in form today
Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the report given.
