The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Hightimeyouwon (GB), ridden by J. Kearney, placed first, Si Senior, ridden by J. Pietropaolo, unplaced, and Comfort Line, ridden by Adam Caffrey, placed second, where it appeared Si Senior had to check slightly. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J
Pietropaolo stated that he didn't have the horse to fill the gap. Adam Caffrey stated that he kept a straight line. J
Kearney stated that as he passed Si Senior he rolled in a small bit but he was clear of him at the time. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
