For three years old and upwards to be claimed for #20,000 or less (Minimum claiming price #5,000) (also open to horses which are not to be claimed) (horses which are entered not to be claimed must, at entry, have run at least twice and be rated 75 or less) Weights - 3-y-o 9st 11lbs 4-y-o and up 10st 2lbs. Riders - Apprentices who hold an Apprentice Licence under Rules of Racing issued by any recognised Turf Authority and who have not lost the right to claim the 3lb allowance (95 winners). Rules. Claiming prices must be stipulated at time of entry for horses which are entered to be claimed. Horses which are entered not to be claimed will not receive an allowance. Horses which are entered not to be claimed that do not have a published handicap rating are eligible to enter and run at the discretion of the handicapper provided their performances are rated 75 or less at time of entry. However, horses which are entered not to be claimed with a published rating must have a published rating of 75 or less at time of entry in order to be eligible to enter and run.
