The raceday privilege request in relation to Currumbin (IRE), trained by Michael Keady, to go early to post was late being submitted.
Keady was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
Banderas (IRE), trained by Sam England, spread a plate prior to entering the Parade Ring.
As the trainer had not indicated at declaration stage that the gelding should be withdrawn in the event of losing a shoe, Banderas (IRE) ran without its right-hind shoe.
Inside the final furlong, Currumbin (IRE), placed fourth, hung slightly left-handed before being corrected by its rider hampering Le Rouge Chinois (DEN), unplaced, which in turn inconvenienced Destinado (GB), unplaced, on the rail.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and it had not improved the placing of Currumbin (IRE).
Following the race, Cieren Fallon reported that Haaland (IRE), placed fifth, was denied a clear run on several occasions in the home straight; Alistair Rawlinson reported that Le Rouge Chinois (DEN), unplaced, suffered interference inside the final furlong and Jack Mitchell reported that Bulldog Spirit (IRE), unplaced, stopped quickly.
