Chris said he was lonely in front and he would have been happier with something bringing him along a little bit further, . We gelded him over the winter which was a big help to him. He was raunchy enough as a two-year-old. We always liked him and hopefully he’ll keep coming on from this. He can’t go up too much for a short-head. It was a nice race to win. He seemed to get the mile quite well. Chris rode him a few times last year, so it’s nice to see him win on him. He’ll go for something similar.
