Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. P. McDonogh stated that he received slight contact from the horse on his inside. S. Foley stated that he moved half a horse width to deliver his challenge. K. G. Kennedy stated that his mount never travelled and as he edged out he had to take a precautionary check off heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action
