Formscan By Gary Carson - NIGHT MAGIC looks capable of improving on her second handicap outing. The Too Darn Hot filly met some trouble in running when third to Highbury See See at Gowran Park in mid-June. She is tried in cheekpieces now and should be up to winning a race off her mark of 65. Lady Pagasa ran well on her return when third at Killarney last month and may benefit for dropping back slightly in trip now. Star Mind didn’t appear to get home over a mile-and-a-half at Tramore last time but had been runner-up over this trip at Roscommon previously and is a contender on that form.
