Formscan By Tom Weekes - HIGH COURT CAVE carries a winners’ penalty and reverts down in distance but has plenty of jumping experience and ran very well at the Galway festival in July. A point-to-point and bumper winner, he has failed to win in four hurdle outings but finished ahead of plenty rivals at Galway and should take beating here. First Ascent is rated 77 on the Flat and while he has proven stamina from that discipline, he lacks jumping experience. Three-time Flat winner Sea Eagle is penalised and while he can stay national hunt distances, also debuts over jumps. October Hill has reasonable recent form.
