Formscan By Tom Weekes - CHERRY PINK defeated today’s rival Si Senior by a nose to win over today’s course-and-distance last week and might confirm placings. The selection is an able three-time winner who is well suited by a sound surface and while his rating has climbed 4lb following his success, today’s different rider now claims 7lb. Juvenile maiden winner Si Senior has been competing well recently and while sure to run well, is 5lb worse off with the selection following last week’s narrow loss. Sierra De Gredos showed some promise on his two handicaps runs last year and having finished a close third at Gowran 12 days ago, should again compete in first-time cheekpieces.
