Formscan By Gary Carson - WHATDEAWANT is an interesting one here on his hurdling debut. The Aizavoski gelding won a bumper on his debut last season before a solid effort to finish third to Kilcruit in a very strong Grade 2 contest at the Dublin racing festival. He had some smart sorts in behind then and the fourth horse then, Chemical Energy, has already won twice over hurdles this season. Gordon Elliott saddles two in the race and Davy Russell takes the mount on Prevaricate. This Fame And Glory gelding was a good second to Uhtred on his hurdling debut at Naas last month and the point-to-point winner should appreciate stepping up in trip now. Recent Clonmel bumper winner Harald Hardrad is another that commands respect on his debut over timber. He returned from a long absence when running out an impressive winner last month and has jumping experience having run in a point-to-point.
