Formscan By Alan Magee - KILLER MODE showed promise on both outings last season and looks the one to beat. The Doyen gelding filled the runner-up spot behind the high class Kilcruit in this race 12 months ago and also shaped with promise at the Leopardstown Christmas meeting. It’s obviously of some concern that he’s been absent since but on the plus side Noel Meade has a great line on current bumper form with a couple of recent winners in this sphere. Gordon Elliott is always to be feared and he introduces Itswhatunitesus, who is by Walk In The Park and from the family of Trabolgan. Any market move for Hunters Song would also be interesting.
