Since switching to O'Brien this season, he has posted a runner-up berth behind a very solid yardstick in Sligo, and showed improvement to score decisively in a Killarney maiden. The runner-up franked the form in no uncertain terms by winning a Listowel maiden by eight lengths. Johnny Murtagh's Rahmi won one of these €100,000 handicaps over course and distance on just his second start in May. He clearly has plenty of ability and should be a factor off 4lb higher. Farnborough is bred for better things and could improve after landing a Limerick maiden last week. He holds a Group 3 entry for Leopardstown. Ado McGuinness saddles eight horses and his Current Option ran well for a long way off the front before dropping to fifth in that aforementioned race won by Rahmi.
