Formscan By Mark Nunan - BUDDY ONE showed a glimmer of promise on debut at Galway but his latest run represented a big step forward. He finished on top of the placed horses when sixth to a wide-margin winner at Navan and would appear to have been given a very workable mark of 102. He would certainly be of interest in a handicap but connections seem to have found an even better opportunity in this maiden restricted to horses yet to be placed. Sonny May could be a danger having also stepped up on previous efforts when fifth in a 20-runner maiden at Punchestown. The horse a place in front of him was a creditable third in a Leopardstown maiden earlier this week. Jewelinthesky is from a yard already amongst the winners at Limerick this week and she caught the eye to an extent when sixth at Galway on her penultimate start. Likely to be primed for a big run by her local yard, she is another who merits respect.%0A
