The raceday privilege request for King Of Narnia (GB), trained by John and Thady Gosden to wear a red hood to post was not submitted.
John and Thady Gosden were warned as to their responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
An enquiry was held to consider interference shortly after the start when Beagle Bay (FR), placed second, ridden by Hector Crouch interfered with Half Moon King (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Trevor Whelan.
Crouch was cautioned for careless riding as he shifted his mount left-handed when insufficiently clear of Half Moon King (IRE).
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final furlong between Beagle Bay (FR), placed second, ridden by Hector Crouch, Crown Of Oaks (GB), placed third, ridden by Cieren Fallon, and the winner, Point Of Contact (IRE), ridden by Oisin Murphy.
The interference was found to be accidental as Beagle Bay (FR) moved right-handed as a consequence of being inside the heels of Point Of Contact (IRE) which had shifted right-handed, this occurred at the same time as Crown Of Oaks (GB) moved left-handed when coming for a run into the same gap as Beagle Bay moved into, causing them to make contact and for both horses to become unbalanced with Crown Of Oaks (GB) taking a number of strides to re-balance and straighten up.
Following the race, George Downing reported that King Of The Sea (GB), unplaced, ran green.
