That's the way racing has gone and we're like the darts player with only one dart to throw. We don't know why the horses were out of form although we do have this new transition of vaccinating horses every six month, instead of nine, which might have had a bearing on it. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Black Caviar Gold, trained by P. Twomey, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal
L.F. Roche, rider of Goldilocks Cen (GB), trained by Archie Watson (in GB), reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Greydreambeliever, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was awkward leaving the stalls
W.J. Lee, rider of Black Caviar Gold, trained by P. Twomey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
