Formscan By John O'Riordan - OCEAN CONQUEST showed enough on his debut at this track last month to suggest he is more than capable of winning his maiden. The winner has since gone on to frank that form by landing a Group 2 contest on his next start, while the runner-up struck at the Galway festival. Granted normal progression from his initial outing, Michael O'Callaghan's son of Time Test should be the one to beat. Starliner was only just caught close home when third on his debut at Down Royal recently. The Donnacha O'Brien trained colt ran around a bit in front so should be all the better for the experience. Ortelius, a colt who is well entered up in all the late season juvenile group races, is an interesting debutant for Aidan O'Brien. The son of Justify is related to a winner for Bob Baffert in the USA.
