Formscan By Tom Weekes - KAINSBOURG is an exciting recruit, having been purchased for E355,000 in November 2023. A bumper winner on debut in October 2023, the selection won a hot AQPS Group 3 race on heavy ground at Nantes before his subsequent sale the following month and while absent since, was probably kept fresh until now and could be smart. Karamoja was herself placed in an Auteuil Listed hurdle in September 2023 and while slightly disappointing on Irish debut, raced too keenly then and notably drops back in distance wearing a hood. Laafi, a 35,000gns purchase in October, was rated 98 on the Flat and should do well over hurdles while French import Autoportrait ran well at Navan. Torps has minor place claims.
