The raceday privilege request for Lady Phoebe (IRE), trained by Adam Nicol, to wear a red hood to post was not submitted.
Nicol was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that all raceday privilege requests are submitted by 1pm on the day before racing.
An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference inside the final ½ furlong between the winner, Dubai Venture (IRE), ridden by Sam James and Agathon, placed second, ridden by David Allan.
The Stewards considered that the interference was accidental and had not improved the placing of Agathon (IRE), as Agathon (IRE) had shifted left-handed at the same time as Dubai Venture (IRE) shifted right-handed, causing both runners to make brief contact and Dubai Venture (IRE) to become unbalanced as a result.
The Stewards further considered that the effect of the interference suffered by Agathon was negligible and that Agathon had lost no momentum as a result and was always being held by the winner.
The Stewards therefore ordered the placings to remain unaltered.
