The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales that Mr B.T. Stone, rider of World Of Fortunes, had weighed in at 1.1lb overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he was doing light and had a drink of water after he had weighed out. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr B. T. Stone was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards cautioned Mr B. T. Stone on this occasion
