Sheridan, Nancee Spain, ridden by S.T. McCullagh and Out On Friday, ridden by W. Joyce, where it appeared to get tight for a stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
R.M Mulligan, rider of Valjean, trained by Charles Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right throughout
P.A. Harnett, rider of Rocket Robyn (GB), trained by Martin Hassett, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls
P. McGettigan, rider of Morse, trained by Charles Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled
