The Raceday Stewards enquired from Mr S.J. Kenny rider of Lockeen Rose, who fell on the flat before the turn into the home straight on the final circuit. The rider reported that his mount stumbled and fell independently of any other horse. Having considered the evidence and viewed a recording of the incident in the presence of Mr S.J
Kenny, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
