The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Portnahapple (GB) trained by A. Oliver was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined the trainer €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii)
The Raceday Stewards granted permission for Tullyesker to run in accordance with the provision of Rule 90(v) as positive identification can be made but there are discrepancies in the markings as recorded in the Passport.
