Following the race, Jonathan Burke reported that Gloria Gainer (GB), had lost its action and he therefore felt it prudent to pull the mare up; the Veterinary Officer examined Gloria Gainer (GB) post-race and reported the mare to have bled from the nose and be lame on its left-fore.
The Veterinary Officer examined Bellas Bridge (GB) during routine testing and reported that the mare had bled from the nose.
The Veterinary Officer also reported that Miss Tiara (GB), which was pulled up, had bled from the nose.
