Formscan By Alan Magee - QUORNOFAMONDAY was second in a point-to-point for Claire O’Connell and has progressed in handicap hurdles this season. The Philip Dempsey-trained gelding didn’t enjoy the clearest of passages when a close third at Gowran before making costly mistakes at the final two flights and caught close home by Glenabo Bridge when upped to 2m4f at Fairyhouse last time. Cristiano Marealdo had Chosen Shant three lengths back in third when causing a 50/1 shock over course and distance last month, while any market moves for Breakintheclouds or the long-time absent Silent Flight would be interesting. Be My Hero was placed on a number of occasions last year but may appreciate better ground.
