Formscan By Tom Weekes - BRANDT has returned to form in recent months and while his prior hurdling record is ordinary, nonetheless is now well handicapped in this sphere. Runner-up in a bumper in April 2023, he was largely disappointing when trained in the UK but won at Roscommon in August and was an unlucky loser with the race at his mercy at Sligo last month. He is now rated 104 over fences, which is 13lb above his hurdles rating. Jimli's Cave won well in first-time blinkers at Downpatrick recently and while raised 7lb, is ideally suited by conditions. Emily In Paris and Tilloughna are closely matched on recent Limerick form while Mullaghmore Wave has been running well and is tried in a first-time visor.
