Formscan By Mark Nunan - Gordon Elliott, who had plenty of reverses on the final day of Leopardstown after saddling a treble there on Wednesday, has won this race six times in the last eight years. It's interesting that Jack Kennedy has chosen to partner TEAGARDEN JAZZ who improved on her hurdles debut when third to the impressive Blood Diamond at Cork. Sir Allen, a fair middle-distance handicapper on the level, finished second in that Cork contest and that was an encouraging start over hurdles for the Territories gelding who likes soft ground.
