The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Oliver McKiernan, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Bushmans Pass, placed first, as compared with its recent form when pulling up at Punchestown on the 20th February. Oliver McKieran stated that his charge missed the break on his previous start and ended up further back than ideal and then made a bad mistake and was subsequently pulled up. he further added that his charge appreciated todays drying ground conditions and the application of first time cheekpieces. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tyre Kicker (FR), trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing and was also found to be lame
