Mr M.J. O'Neill, rider of Minella Emperor, trained by Emmet Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was impeded by the incident at the first, lost his iron as a result and pulled up
Mr R.W. Barron, rider of We Be Grand, trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was flat out all the way
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at the first hurdle involving Le Labo, ridden by Mr J.L. Gleeson, and Cailin Deas, ridden by Mr S. Connor, where it appeared Cailin Deas ducked right bumping Le Labo causing both riders to get unseated. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Mr J.M. Halford, rider of Illtakehimmyself, trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was flat out and just stayed going
