He had the form in the book, the horse that was behind him in Killarney (Maskarvel) was second in Galway and I know the Murphys like their horse that was in front of him (Tandy’s Bridge). We could have very easily gone to Galway with him but we decided to split them up and he came here just to give him more time from Killarney. We’re very happy with him and long may they keep running like this. He jumps very well at home so the options are open but it’s possible he could be sold after today. The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the bend past the stands on the first circuit involving Boo Radley, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, Bradley's Row, ridden by Mr B. Barry, and Cloughjordan, ridden by Mr D. Doyle, where it appeared Bradley's Row caught a heel. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Bradley's Row rounded the bend badly and caught a heel of the horse outside him and were satisfied that no further action was warranted
Mr P.W. Gleeson, rider of Dash At Dags, trained by Stephanie Ocsko-Moore, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight
Mr D. McGill, rider of Jodoro, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise
Mr R.W. Barron, rider of We Be Grand, trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced keen early on
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Boo Radley, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend turning into the back straight involving Hopeful Hero, ridden by Mr Alan O'Sullivan, Keiths Boy, ridden by Mr L.P. Shanahan, and Mr Master Mac, ridden by Mr J.L
Gleeson where it appeared Hopeful Hero stumbled badly unseating Mr. Alan O;Sullivan. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr. Alan O'Sullivan stated that his horse took a very false step causing him to be unseated
He further stated that he suffered no interference from the horses either side of him. Mr. L.P. Shanahan stated that he did not feel he caused any interference. Mr. J.L Gleeson stated that he kept his line and did not feel he caused any interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action
