Too keen when last seen in June, Noel Meade’s filly is now fitted with a hood which should help her to settle and get home on the climb uphill from the second-last at this stiff track. Dual Flat winner Deed Pole ran his best race over hurdles at Tramore and can progress further. Firebrand holds a similar Flat rating to the selection and was second in a Roscommon maiden hurdle last month but will need to find more.
