Ellmarie Holden’s grey was nearest at the finish when third on handicap debut at Kilbeggan and the stiffer finish here may compensate for dropping back in trip by 2f. Any ease in the ground should play to his strengths. Kotkito Bello was another to show up well on handicap debut when third over course and distance at the Festival meeting. He gave it a good go from the front on soft ground then and can progress. Desert Haven, placed in his last three handicap hurdles, was only narrowly foiled last time but his good recent form has come on better ground. %0A%0A
