That latest run was against the older horses so it was a good run and to come back here tonight, I'd say the track and ground suited and he was able to do it well. The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident at the one-furlong pole involving Dinamine, ridden by W. Joyce, unplaced, Browned Off, ridden by D. McMonagle, unplaced, Jasmine Affanalis, ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed second and Wayne R Walker (GB), ridden by P. McGettigan, unplaced, where it appeared an incident occurred
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. Joyce stated that he was going backwards when he received pressure. D. McMonagle stated that he maintained his line. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount is not straightforward and rolled in on top of Dinamine but that he had made every effort to correct his mount. P
McGettigan stated that he maintained his line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action
C.D. Hayes, rider of Big Baby Bull, trained by John Patrick Hayes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away and did not travel
R.P. Cleary, rider of Romantic War, trained by Thomas Cleary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen early on.
