The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Tariff trained by Adrian McGuinness was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined the trainer €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii)
