We bought him as a hurdler and we had him at home a few days and we said this isn't a hurdler, this is a Flat horse. The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the straight involving Glady Eagle, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, unplaced, where it appeared J.M. Sheridan went for a gap that wasn't there and checked back out of it. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Glady Eagle, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference at the one furlong pole
Adam Caffrey, rider of Sottsands, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight
