The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Four Blondes, ridden by G.M
Ryan, unplaced, and Fast Tara, ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed second, where it appeared Fast Tara shifted slightly right momentarily. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that his mount was retreating and Fast Tara filled the space. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount rolled in front of Four Blondes but he corrected her immediately and felt he was clear at the time. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
